This notice applies to website visitors, people who contact Arelos through forms or email, prospective clients, client representatives, business partners, suppliers, and other third parties whose personal data may be processed by Arelos.

2. Amaç ve Kapsam

- Veri sorumlusunun hukuki yükümlülüğünü yerine getirmesi için zorunlu olması.
- Bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması için zorunlu olması.
- İlgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla Arelos’un meşru menfaatleri için zorunlu olması.
- Gerekli olduğu hallerde ilgili kişinin açık rızası.
6. Kişisel Verilerin Aktarılması
Kişisel verileriniz, yukarıdaki amaçlarla sınırlı olmak üzere ve mevzuata uygun şekilde aşağıdaki alıcı gruplarına aktarılabilir:
- Bulut hizmeti, hosting, form altyapısı, e-posta, takvim, doküman yönetimi, analitik ve güvenlik hizmeti sağlayıcıları.
- Muhasebe, hukuk, mali müşavirlik, denetim ve benzeri profesyonel danışmanlar.
- İş ortakları ve tedarikçiler, yalnızca ilgili hizmet veya talep için gerekli olduğu ölçüde.
- Yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşları ile mahkemeler, kanunen zorunlu hallerde.
Kullandığımız bazı teknoloji ve bulut hizmetleri nedeniyle kişisel verileriniz yurt dışındaki hizmet sağlayıcı altyapılarında işlenebilir veya saklanabilir. Bu tür aktarımlar, KVKK ve ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen şartlara uygun olarak gerçekleştirilir.
7. Çerezler ve Analitik
Web sitesinde, sitenin çalışması için gerekli teknik kayıtlar tutulabilir. Arelos, web sitesi performansını ve ziyaretçi etkileşimini anlamak için gizlilik odaklı analitik araçları kullanabilir. 8. Saklama Süresi ve İmha
Kişisel verileriniz, işlenme amaçlarının gerektirdiği süre boyunca ve ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen zamanaşımı, saklama ve ispat yükümlülükleri dikkate alınarak saklanır. İşlenme amacının ortadan kalkması halinde kişisel verileriniz, mevzuata uygun olarak silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hale getirilir.
9. Veri Güvenliği
Arelos, kişisel verilerin hukuka aykırı olarak işlenmesini, erişilmesini veya kaybolmasını önlemek amacıyla makul teknik ve idari tedbirleri alır. Bu tedbirler arasında yetki sınırlamaları, güvenli hesap erişimi, güçlü kimlik doğrulama, hizmet sağlayıcı seçimi, erişim kayıtları ve veri minimizasyonu yaklaşımı yer alabilir.
10. İlgili Kişi Hakları
KVKK’nın 11. maddesi kapsamında, ilgili kişi olarak aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:
- Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme.
- İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme.
- İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme.
- Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme.
- Eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme.
- Mevzuatta öngörülen şartlar kapsamında silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme.
- Düzeltme, silme veya yok etme işlemlerinin aktarılan üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme.
- Otomatik sistemler aracılığıyla aleyhinize bir sonuç doğmasına itiraz etme.
- Kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.

Arelos, başvuruları niteliğine göre en kısa sürede ve en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırır. İşlemin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi halinde, mevzuatta öngörülen ücretler uygulanabilir.
12. Güncellemeler
Arelos, bu Aydınlatma Metni'ni mevzuat, hizmet sağlayıcıları, iş süreçleri veya web sitesi özelliklerindeki değişikliklere göre güncelleyebilir. Güncel metin web sitesinde yayımlandığı tarihten itibaren geçerli olur.
